I woke up with the sun shining brightly in my eyes. "Wake up, sugar!" Cake. It's too early for adventuring and I was too tired to respond. I lifted my arm to try and push her off me but my brain didn't want to wake either. My arm fell limply at my side and I didn't protest. "Come on, baby! We've got to go kick some butt," she said. I sat up, my gold hair a tangled mess. I grabbed my hat and quickly pulled it on my head and tucked away my hair. "It's too early, Cake. I want to sleep," I mumbled. Cake gave me a puzzled look.
